Position Summary

GNS Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Manager to work with the VP of Marketing to spearhead marketing and communications initiatives for GNS Healthcare. The primary responsibilities for this role include executing on the marketing and communications strategy for GNS as a company, as well as product marketing for the individual solutions and platforms, and managing event planning and coordination.

The individual hired will work closely with senior leadership, product development, project management, business development, and sales teams. This is a high- profile role in a fast-paced environment that has direct impact on the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness for GNS in the pharmaceutical, care delivery, and managed care domains.
  • Support currently developed solutions as well as new solutions developed by GNS, tailored for the pharmaceutical, care delivery, and managed care domains.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and the technical teams to create materials to ensure success in competitive positioning, market awareness, and sales execution.
  • Manage social media channels including Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Create and manage editorial calendar for blog and other content; schedule and measure weekly blog, create regular blog digest.
  • Work with marketing automation platform Hubspot to build landing pages, emails and forms.
  • Handle the marketing lead process of qualifying and assigning leads for follow up. Ensure all leads and opportunities are accurate in Salesforce.
  • Develop newsletters for internal and external audiences using Hubspot templates.
  • Work with VP of Marketing to perform market research on competitors, market sizes and other areas as needed.
  • Manage conferences and events for maximum ROI. Create talking points for GNS panelists and speakers.
  • Work with external vendors including writers, graphic designer and others to create targeted content that meeting branding guidelines and corporate messaging.
  • Responsible for keeping collateral library and conference library up to date and accessible.
  • Manage marketing co-op ensuring learning environment and alignment of marketing goals.
  • Implement marketing organization methodologies and processes for reporting and capturing metrics to measure and improve program effectiveness; implement best practices and processes to improve and streamline integrated marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing communications and strategic marketing. Experience with marketing SaaS healthcare solutions and/or healthcare technology networks is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of study. Advanced degree desired.
  • Aptitude for quantitative/computational, scientific, and medical concepts and ability to digest and communicate complex ideas.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Canva, Powerpoint, Salesforce and/or event management software preferred.
  • Strong writing and editing experience across multiple marketing communications, like emails, website, collateral and thought leadership content.
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial high-growth environment preferred with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with digital market/lead generation techniques including email, social media, SEM/SEO and blogs.
