HubSpot is looking for a remarkable marketer to oversee and shape the vision for our Global Co-Marketing Acquisition program, a cornerstone of HubSpot’s lead generation efforts. This high-impact, high-visibility role sits on the Acquisition Team and has two core responsibilities. First and foremost, this role works with co-marketing partners to create and promote content that produces demand for our business. Second, this role develops relationships with some of the world's top brands to expand our strategic partnerships.

The right person for this role is a strategic thinker and a proactive doer. This person is also a pro at building and maintaining relationships, juggling multiple projects and people to deliver work on time, overseeing the creation of killer content, and building creative and effective content-based campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and shape long-term vision of program to meet assigned lead goal
  • Generate net new leads by organizing and launching 4-6 content campaigns per month with co-marketing partners
  • Work with co-marketing partners daily to agree on mutual goals, execute contracts, manage and create content, plan promotion, fulfill goals through promotion, and handle follow up process.
  • Create, or work with freelancers or the Acquisition Team's Creative Partners to manage the creation of, assets needed for co-marketing campaigns, including the content offer and supporting promotional materials (e.g., emails, landing pages, blog posts, social posts, ads, etc.)
  • Work closely with regional marketers in HubSpot’s global offices to coordinate and launch multi-lingual co-marketing campaigns
  • Manage current co-marketing partner relationships with 30+ companies and individuals.
  • Work closely with strategic business development team to optimize top partnerships and enhance relationships
  • Grow HubSpot’s co-marketing partner network by sourcing new partners and establishing working relationships.
  • Measure and report on results of campaigns to optimize for future success.
  • Brainstorm and test new methods to generate more leads and to evolve the program
  • Manage a quarterly budget

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing, implementing and promoting highly creative campaigns across multiple channels that meet business goals
  • Experience in content creation and managing content creation of promotional materials and offers
  • Strong internal and external relationship building skills
  • Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills, including the ability to rally various groups of people around an idea
  • Exceptional project management and cross-team collaboration skills to deliver projects on time
  • An analytical mind that can assess results and course correct correct for outsized results
  • A passion for educational content that delivers value to HubSpot's prospects
  • A love for building beautiful and compelling slide decks
  • Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop skills a plus
  • Previous experience with external partnerships is a plus.
