Marketing Manager (B2B)
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Marketing Manager (B2B) at LifeScore Labs, you will play a vital role in leading marketing efforts in support of the company’s business development goals.
Reporting to the Head of Product & Marketing, you will drive planning execution for marketing programs that increase awareness for LifeScore’s unique market position, new product offering and help nurture the development of new customer relationships through a strong partnership with the LifeScore product and sales teams.
You will rely on a solid understanding of our key audiences and competitive landscape to develop a multi-channel marketing plan with clear goals and measurable KPIs. You are comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere bringing a brand new product to market and have an ability to work effectively with team members in sales, product and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the overall B2B marketing program plan and direction to grow the LifeScore brand, launch new products and support business development efforts
- Lead a process that ensures all programs support the LifeScore brand position in the market and are executed with high degree of quality and consistency across all program elements (website, events & conferences, social, collateral)
- Ensure all marketing efforts are delivered effectively within deadlines and are aligned to clear business objectives
- Provide analysis and reporting for marketing efforts including interpretation of results and recommendations for new efforts
- Manage the company’s public website and all lead management tools including CMS, email, automation and analytics
- Work closely with business development to align marketing with sales process and provide necessary tools to support business development efforts
- Properly forecast and manage marketing budgets
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of B2B marketing experience – preferably within insurance, or data solutions
- Hands-on working knowledge of HubSpot suite including CRM, CMS and analytics (Looker)
- Ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs and assess competitive intelligence
- Multi-tasker that can manage activities including research, design, content development and analytics
- Strong digital marketing experience (search, email, social)
- Collaborative, team-player with strong communications skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- B.A. or B.S. or (Master’s degree a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
