What you’ll be doing:
As OpenScholar's Full Stack Marketer, you'll be doing everything from designing sales collateral to developing a marketing strategy for the company. You will get to work on projects like these:

  • Sales collateral: As we ramp up the materials provided to our stellar sales team, we want to make sure they’re equipped with collateral that has a consistent look and feel.
  • Whitepapers: Help develop a collection of whitepapers designed to engage.
  • Social media: Familiar with the size and style requirements of LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook? Perfect! We’re looking to give our social presence a makeover.
  • Direct mail: We’ve begun our foray into the non-digital realm — you’ll get to explore postcards, personalized letters, and tri-folds with us.
  • Keynote/PowerPoint presentations: Whether it’s a deck for a conference presentation or slides for a marketing campaign, be excited to work with copy to make it engaging and clear.
  • Web pages: Help refresh our marketing pages with input on website design conventions.

The perfect candidate is:

  • Savvy: Whether you work out of Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, you’re familiar with a graphic designer’s toolset and ready to go.
  • Driven: We love people who want to get things done. Be comfortable with a fast-paced start-up, and excited by the opportunity to develop our marketing materials.
  • Articulate: Be able to accept feedback and clearly explain your creative decisions and design rationale.

Basic Qualifications:
