Marketing Manager, Acquisition Campaigns

HubSpot is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute quarterly global acquisition campaigns.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute overall campaign strategy, positioning, promotion, creative assets, optimization, reporting, as well as strategic relationships with external partners.

This role sits on the Acquisition team and reports to the Global Campaigns team manager, working closely with the lead and user acquisition teams, content, product marketing, brand and buzz, SEO, social, and paid. This role requires a high level of content creativity, project management, communication, resourcefulness, and leadership.

Example projects include building an international video series campaign on the rise of chatbots to promote HubSpot’s new chat product, and working with various internal teams to innovate on channels such as social video, SEO, paid marketing, PR, and CRO to achieve registration goals across each global region.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end quarterly campaign ideation, planning, execution, promotion and analysis on a variety of digital channels, including but not limited to social, video, ads, SEO, web, blog, email and conversion assets.
  • Partner with our product marketing, content, and creative teams to develop creative assets for campaigns.
  • Write copy and develop positioning for campaigns, displaying clear value to the market while optimizing the path to conversion of HubSpot’s products through copy.
  • Conduct constant measurement and campaign analysis to influence future campaign development with the goal of increasing performance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with any external partners or vendors who will help deliver campaign assets.
  • Identify key performance insights from campaigns and apply them to ongoing strategy in order to constantly drive optimization and goal attainment.
  • Report on global campaign performance to Global Campaigns team manager.

Skills & Experience

  • Direct experience project managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners or vendors
  • Skilled at crafting acquisition marketing messaging, copy and assets that channel a distinct brand voice
  • PhotoShop/Adobe Creative Suite
  • Google Analytics
