mabl is a well-funded technology company that is revolutionizing the test automation industry. Here at mabl, we believe the software testing market isn’t about tests passing or failing, its about quality intelligence and it’s ripe for disruption. We are building a platform that collects large amounts of data from test runs which is then used to provide insights to customers to help them improve the quality of their applications. Our customers include leaders in their industries such as Kayak, Charles Schwab, Jetblue, and many others.
Why we need you:
mabl is culturally a flat organization, hiring hands-on experts to focus on core activities to help grow the business. As we’ve grown our marketing organization through this strategy and built a successful inbound marketing machine, we’re now looking for a marketing leader who can help build on the foundation we’ve developed. Reporting to the co-founder, this individual will partner with our sales leadership in building a marketing strategy to extend our reach into the enterprise segment. What you’ll do:
Focus on extending mabl’s brand awareness within the enterprise market segment.
Design and build a profitable and scalable marketing model which continues to support mabl’s exponential growth rate .
Continue building a cohesive, diverse marketing team, to meet the needs of demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, and brand recognition.
Develop unique approaches to reach the millions of testers throughout the world .
Develop a partner marketing program integrated with the mabl product roadmap .
What you’ll bring to the table:
7-10 years in progressively advancing marketing roles
Experience building and executing a marketing strategy for high growth products
Data-driven approach to planning
Passionate about building a lasting brand in the technology industry
Agile, ability to make decisions and move quickly
Experience with marketing products to software engineering teams
Strong grasp on core marketing metrics
Well spoken with proven ability to build highly successful teams
