Description

CozyKin is looking for an experienced Marketing Lead who can own the customer story for CozyKin while meticulously unpacking the key levers for growing our business.

Responsibilities

-Define and execute the marketing strategy for CozyKin

-Own the brand and create compelling stories for our users

-Drive and track end-to-end acquisition, engagement and retention

-Champion user needs for Product and Platform

-Test, prioritize and launch fully integrated marketing at neighborhood level across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Offline, Partnerships, Referrals, PR, etc)

-Build and grow an excellent marketing team.

Competencies

-At least 3 years experience across content marketing, marketing strategy, growth marketing, brand or field marketing

-Excellent analytical, communication and persuasion skills

-The right attitude: drive, flexibility and resilience in an ambiguous, relentless and rewarding environment
