Firefly Health is a new primary care start-up that launched in 2018 to give more people convenient access to better care. Founded by experienced physician innovators and technology entrepreneurs, Firefly reimagines the traditional care model by connecting patients with a dedicated care team they can easily access through the Firefly Health App's in-app messaging, video, and in-person appointments.

Where You Come In

The Marketing Manager will oversee all of Firefly’s day-to-day marketing and promotional activities to bring awareness to Firefly, build loyalty among our patients, and integrate with broader brand-building efforts. You’ll work alongside the management team to identify measurable objectives and create a strategic marketing plan to accomplish them.

What You’ll Do (and much more!)

  • Develop and own all elements of marketing focused on acquisition and optimizing customer acquisition costs, while overseeing all other marketing responsibilities
  • Develop metrics to track engagement and acquisition and select tools to track those metrics
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure our messaging and brand voice is coordinated, compelling, and on-brand across all patient touch points, including social media platforms and the Firefly website
  • Create content that reflects Firefly’s brand narrative and develop digital content initiatives/strategies that engage our target markets and grow the online brand
  • Develop/Manage multi-channel marketing programs to improve acquisition, activation and retention of Firefly patients

What You’ll Bring Us

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in a high growth/startup environment a plus
  • Experience in digital, social, email and content marketing, including online advertising and SEO
  • Self-starter who is scrappy, energetic, and passionate about revolutionizing healthcare
  • Innovative practices for planning, writing, and distributing engaging digital content
  • Data-driven mindset and familiarity with quantitative methods of web analytics and mobile/web conversion rate optimization tactics, viral mechanics, pay per click and other paid tactics
  • Ability to create, track and communicate cost per action and long term value benchmarks
  • App install network experience a plus
