Cynet is looking for an integrated marketing associate to become the main axis of our marketing activity. You are a critical team member, responsible for cross-functional project coordination across all aspects of marketing: content marketing, product marketing, demand generation, field marketing & channel marketing. You will also be accountable for all logistical aspects of marketing, including managing the project management platform, tracking the marketing budget, coordinating incentive programs, fully managing our WordPress website, and more.

What will you do:

• Manage Asana, our project management platform, A-Z: creating projects and tasks, assigning them to team members, following up with each team member to make sure they are done on time.
• Maintain the Cynet WordPress website, including updating new content and images, etc.
• Oversee our rebranding project, including the updating of all website pages and collateral.
• Track and update the Cynet marketing budget, making sure we are on track with plans.
• Execute all logistical tasks involved in the marketing ongoing operations: tracking of bonuses, shipping of giveaways, etc. 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. 
• Outstanding team collaborator, open to idea/project iteration.
• Strong ability to prioritize and execute on multiple work streams.
• Comfortable with project management across multiple teams and able to track projects from briefing to launch.
• Experience maintaining a WordPress website.
• Strong critical-thinking, research and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects.
• Experience working across different markets/regions with knowledge of differing advertiser/sales needs around the world.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving company at hyper-growth stage, in a sometimes-hectic environment
• Availability to both support the local North America team and working with headquarters in Israel
