We are in search of a Marketing Associate to join our Acquisition Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, customer retention and improving conversion funnel metrics. You will support the fulfillment and testing strategy of different offers to our growing audience and play a key role in ensuring all campaigns adhere to best practices during peak hours for the company. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual with high attention to detail who is able to make quick but well informed decisions and back them up with data driven results.

Responsibilities

• Develop a test and learn agenda targeting our continuously-growing audience within their first 7 days of registration with the goal of improving conversion funnel metrics.
• Execute multiple A/B tests simultaneously across all channels and analyze results to make recommendations for future tests.
• Lead QA efforts on email and mobile to ensure all campaigns are accurate, render properly and adhere to channel best practices.
• Research industry trends and new techniques to continuously look for new ways to improve our conversion efforts.
• Manage budget to comply with the Acquisition team goals. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing field or similar (internship experience is acceptable)
• Autonomous worker with strong desire to product high quality work
• Experience collaborating closely with other departments and strong communication skills
• Analytical and process-oriented, proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets to make data-driven decisions
• A passion for sports and knowledge of fantasy sports is a plus
• HTML knowledge preferred
