Devoted Health is looking for a Marketing Manager who revels in data in order to answer business problems and understand our customers. This person will not only measure the impact of our work, but perpetually seek areas of opportunity to improve it and think outside the box. Qualified candidates will be operationally-minded self-starters who are comfortable wrangling data and getting into the details with a determined focus on results and a track record of success.

This role will report to the Director of Marketing and work on projects spanning whatever is needed to win and serve our members.

The ideal candidate will be a student of what works and what doesn’t work, with a hunger to find a better way, take on responsibility, and work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. We will often have specific short- to medium-term goals and it will be your responsibility to know if we are on pace to achieve them. You should be passionate about improving healthcare and believe in the business we are building.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deliver marketing models and analytics, including key performance metrics by channel and campaign
  • Partner with ad agencies, internal stakeholders, and fulfillment vendors to understand key inputs and provide well-informed, robust analyses
  • Devise and execute thoughtful, analytically-backed digital marketing strategies and optimization campaigns to deliver lead generation of potential members
  • Measure and improve upon our member engagement efforts, in partnership with our member operations team

Desired skills and experience:

  • 3+ years in a marketing-oriented analyst role, or an analytically-oriented marketing role
  • Experience running digital ad campaigns across one or more channels such as web, social media, display, SEO/SEM, or email
  • A guru in Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, and other tools to build reports and conduct analyses to provide ongoing recommendations for adjustments to plan
  • Team player who can partner effectively with creative and engineering teams to define goals, launch, and optimize initiatives that drive a smooth, measurable marketing experience for potential members
  • Knowledgeable about digital marketing measurement and optimization tools and tactics such as tracking pixels, lookalike audiences, A/B testing, and retargeting
  • Track record of success identifying and taking action to identify opportunities and achieve results levering internal or external resources
  • Experience working in a consumer-facing or healthcare company within a regulated industry a plus
