The Role

The Marketing Analyst is a key member of the Marketing & Communications team. S/he will be integral to execute and implement Marketing strategy that spans the gamut - from supporting public relations to digital efforts and everything in between.

The position will be based in Boston, MA and will report to the VP of Marketing & Communications.

Specific Responsibilities & Expectations

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about Marketing and would like to play a key role in a high growth, innovative healthcare company. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Support social media implementation (answering questions/updates);
  • Support Public Relations efforts with research, press list management, interview scheduling, press clips, as well as newsletters for internal and external audiences etc.
  • Manage translations
  • Documenting marketing processes
  • Order supplies for regional teams (brochures; giveaways…)
  • Organize and maintain creative assets repository
  • Proofread and copyedit a variety of content
  • Assist the digital team with updating the websites and social media
  • Manage logistics for central events, market research
  • Support other important marketing activities (create tracked phone numbers, update branded materials ordering site, track giveaway inventory, etc.)
  • Key partner for Regional marketing teammates

*Responsibilities for this position will evolve based on the needs of the company and the success of the individual.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with ~1-3 years of professional marketing experience (internship and/or full-time)
  • An accomplished project manager, able to work cross functionally; extremely organized
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • A good relationship builder and team player
  • An excellent problem solver, able to focus on both the smaller task and the bigger picture
  • Able to exercise strong judgment independently and willing to share your opinion with colleagues and executives
  • Service oriented with a deep desire to delight patients and colleagues
  • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and rapid change
  • Eager to learn about the healthcare industry
  • Excited to be part of a mission driven organization
