The Market Intelligence Manager will be the driving force behind key company, product and positioning changes. Supported by the product marketing team, you will lead the charge on all market and competitor research, resulting in clear direction to the various commercial teams and well as materials to support sales conversations. The Market Intelligence Manager will be the driving force behind key company, product and positioning changes. Supported by the product marketing team, you will lead the charge on all market and competitor research, resulting in clear direction to the various commercial teams and well as materials to support sales conversations. 

Market Intelligence Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead all competitive and market analysis efforts supported by the product marketing team.
  • Define and own the research software and analysis tools required to support the role and business.
  • Deliver regular cadence of market and competitive research reports to Marketing, Product, and Executive teams.
  • Enable the sales team through internal competitive materials and prospect/customer facing materials.
  • Strengthen Seismic positioning by delivering competitive marketing research to the demand generation teams for events, awards, demand gen efforts, search optimization and website.
  • Supported by the product marketing team, own the aggregation and delivery of market, competitive, voice of customer, industry, and voice of sales reports.
  • Own competitive product analysis and research and work with marketing and product teams to increase differentiation and positioning.
  • Debate perspectives with peers, analysts, partners, and customers. Transform raw information into meaningful intelligence.
  • Cultivate shared understanding in every corner of the organization with interactive workshops and courses.Be a model user of our platform to amplify your impact as a market intelligence manager.

Market Intelligence Manager Requirements:

  • Motivated to win for the team and eager to get the work done.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strong technical skills, specifically in software as a service.
  • Analytical with a high intellectual curiosity and the ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills; ability to influence/persuade others.
  • 3+ years working in a competitive or market intelligence role.
