Senior Product Manager, SEM
TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site, is looking for an exceptional and ambitious Product and Marketing professional to join our world-class Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team. The Senior Product Manager, SEM will lead our creative automation, operations, and optimization, a critical component of our SEM strategy. As the business lead for SEM Creative, you’ll evaluate the overall program and identify opportunities to improve our approach. You’ll build tools and develop processes that automate and operationalize our creative efforts. You’ll live in our data, draw insights, and ensure we leverage the full potential of our creatives across search engines, markets, and traffic types. We’re looking for someone who’s razor sharp, analytical, curious, and tenacious while making the right business decisions and investments. What you'll do:
- Creative Automation:
- Develop creative automation tools and processes to reduce manual effort across all creative functions
- Creative Operations:
- Identify and eliminate issues that hinder our efforts
- Develop alerts as needed to identify problems before we see the impact in our performance data
- Creative Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve our test method and increase our test velocity
- Collaborate with other teams across TripAdvisor traffic acquisition to A/B test new creative concepts
What you bring to the team:
- 10+ years of experience in a quantitative or product role
- 2+ years of experience as a business lead
- Quantitative and results-oriented with a strong business acumen
- Demonstrated history of robust A/B testing
- Meticulous, conscientious, and attentive to detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, analyzing large volumes of data and producing actionable insights
- Effective communication skills with the team in the headquarters and multiple satellite offices
- Bachelor’s degree from a top tier college or university in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics
