The Manager, Integrated Partner Marketing - Marketplace at Indigo Ag is responsible for translating digital product innovation and commercial strategy into thoughtful marketing plans that resonate with our partners and customers, and guiding through the creative development process to bring those plans to life. You will have the chance to work cross-functionally, serving as the crucial interlock between the Marketplace team and the marketing center-of-excellence in order to drive business objectives and brand growth.


Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the business objectives, product road map, and customer pain points with the ability to act as a marketing consultant to internal stakeholders (the product and commercial teams) and external partners (advisors)

  • Operate as a strategic interlock connecting the marketing team to other key teams in the organization, championing the brand and driving for internal alignment
  • Guide marketing execution at the product, partner, and brand levels to ensure consistency and alignment across the business
  • Uncover insight, identifying areas where further information is needed, and scoping / conducting research either internally or using third party resources
  • Leverage data to understand performance, identify areas of opportunity and provide strategic direction

Support strategic partnerships by serving as internal champion and external trusted resource/partner

  • Manage relationships to ensure smooth execution of promotional plans
  • Develop a clear understanding of partner business models, client relationships, needs, and goals
  • Recommend tailored marketing activations that can be scaled by working effectively with marketing channel team members
  • Suggest and implement optimizations to onboarding and marketing strategy to ensure the efficacy of partnership campaigns

Develop Marketplace marketing strategies and plans that leverage the existing marketing portfolio strategy and support product objectives

  • Drive representation of the Marketplace marketing plan within the overall marketing plan
  • Help guide the process to develop messaging and positioning, ensuring it fits within the overall brand strategy
  • Manage, develop, and refine frameworks, such as customer journeys, to reflect current experiences
  • Recommend and initiate marketing activation plans that support strategy.

Work with the creative teams to develop impactful creative execution

  • Develop insightful creative briefs to bring messaging to life across channels, translating product attributes into compelling benefit-led creative execution
  • Originate ideas and early drafts and lead brainstorms to inspire and accelerate final creative
  • Shepherd creative development process - prioritizing resources, driving towards timelines, and collaborating cross-functionally for accurate representation and alignment
  • Consult with product and commercial teams on development of additional assets (sales, internal comms, webinars, etc.) to ensure consistency of messaging

  • Team oriented; Ability to drive results through cross-functional influence and leadership, without directly managing

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, including development of product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C product, brand, or partnership marketing 
  • Demonstrated relationship management experience with ability to hit business goals
  • Experience creating marketing and demand gen plans and managing creative projects on large and small scale.
  • Proven ability to leverage a strong customer insight to write creative briefs contributing to the development of compelling campaign creative 
  • Preferred agility, track record of success across industries / products 
  • Agriculture experience preferred but not necessary

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
