Manager, Growth Marketing- Enterprise
Toast is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build the strategic roadmap for our mid-market and enterprise POS funnel with the opportunity to partner strategically across marketing to drive our SMB POS funnel forward. This role will be responsible for effectively activating teams within and outside of marketing to hit funnel goals while also driving funnel demand with your own initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a full stack marketer who has enterprise marketing experience, can see across funnel channels and stages to identify opportunities, and can easily switch gears between goal setting, executing, and driving cross-functional buy-in. What you will do:
Drive Marketing strategic road map for our Enterprise/Mid Market (E/MM) segment that allows Toast to scale and drive efficiency throughout the funnel including:
Develop project plans and work closely with other members of the field marketing team, sales teams, demand gen, content/campaigns and product marketing to plan and execute Enterprise programs.
Own pipeline generation and acceleration focused multi-channel programs
Use data to identify new opportunities (multi-channel campaigns, vertical content, and product content) to propel marketing and sales performance.
Build from the ground up new marketing levers and rapidly operationalize top performers into evergreen programs within E/MM
Create reports that track the efficacy of tests and programs across the E/MM funnel, establish goals that help accelerate their effectiveness, work in tandem with sales, sales ops and sales development reps to make sure opportunities are created and pipeline is tracked correctly.
Develop an ABM program to drive demand for Enterprise Marketing efforts by recruiting top prospects and customers with the help of sales and marketing.
Do you have the right ingredients?
Experience with ABM software and developing ABM programs
Experience with a broad array of Marketing channels, including, but not limited to, SEM and Paid Social, CRO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and more.
Experience with developing and owning program budgets
Strong project coordination experience
Experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, and Looker
Expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms such as Hubspot and Marketo
Deep understanding of funnel measures (LTV to CAC, MQL to Opp, etc.) and how those translate to initiative and business success
Track record of building strong partnerships across the organization
