Paid Search Manager
Marketing is one of the largest teams at SharkNinja. The team includes Digital, Media, Analytics, Brand, PR and Creative. Each group focusing on how we give our consumers the ultimate product experience. Marketing is for the person that is not afraid to dive deep and show a genuine interest into the world of Consumer Goods. These are people who are never satisfied with creating anything less than the best product on the market.
Reporting to the Director of Media Strategy & Planning, this position is a critical role as a part of an integrated SharkNinja media team and essential in driving the profitable growth of the business. You will manage the strategy, development, and execution of search engine marketing campaigns across the Shark and Ninja portfolios. Through strong relationships with agencies and media partners, you will build a test and learn roadmap to lead the SEM program to its next step.
You’ll coordinate with other channel owners on the Digital Demand Creation team as well as other departments such as Digital Experience, Brand, Product Marketing, Research and Analytics, Finance and more to keep activations collaborative, organized, on schedule and impactful to the growth of the Shark and Ninja brands.

Responsibilities
- Own the day to day responsibilities of planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting against all paid search (Google, Bing, Google Shopping and Bing Shopping) in service of our ROAS targets and revenue goals as set by the Director of Media Strategy & Planning.
- Build and execute test & learn roadmap for paid search campaigns.
- Challenge the norm to drive more efficient customer acquisition within paid search.
- Co-create best in class campaigns with SharkNinja’s agency partners, Google and Bing that will maximize Shark and Ninja ROI as well as deliver education and innovation to the business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid search in with omni-channel strategy and plans.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance from a seat of expertise on new product launches.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with key partners and agencies.
- Facilitate and manage the invoicing and payment of all media partners and agencies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of paid search experience, either at a brand or an agency.
- Proactive, resourceful, and driven problem solver. Able to analyze data to find unique and insightful ways to help improve campaign efficiencies and grow the business.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must be organized, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate, positive “can-do” attitude.
- Experience with Affiliate and/or Amazon Media encouraged.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite/Excel a must. Experience with BI tools encouraged.
