Role Overview:

The Manager of Demand Generation is a hands-on marketer responsible for all initiatives to drive leads through digital, social, and traditional marketing funnels, resulting in sales and customer retention. The position will have exposure working with SDRs, field sales, and content marketing to drive demand, build pipeline, and support customer retention and up-sell. Your “day in the life” will consist of creating and optimizing campaigns, embracing new technologies to drive improvement, project managing multiple campaigns at once, managing cross-functional initiatives, planning, organizing and executing on events, and providing regular reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive awareness and demand for Wellframe’s solution offerings through multi-channel integrated programs such as content syndication, advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and webinars
  • Complete end-to-end coordination and management of demand generation programs including planning, promotion, execution, optimization, and reporting 
  • Cross-functional collaboration with content marketing and sales to develop compelling, relevant content to drive engagement for all areas of the marketing funnel, from awareness to decision to upsell
  • Manage database of contacts and lead scoring by account 
  • Manage Marketo and SalesForce lead data
  • Perform A/B testing and maintain database of results
  • Track marketing metrics and create reporting on weekly MQL activity, funnel progression, funnel velocity, campaign effectiveness, lead sources and other dashboards as needed
  • Partner with sales to ensure campaign alignment and execution
  • Manage an inside sales group as a source of lead gen
  • Determine which industry events and tradeshows are most appropriate for Wellframe to attend and successfully plan and execute those events
  • Understand buyer personas and target marketing activities along the buying cycle and apply those techniques to demand generation

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of years of B2B demand generation experience with marketing programs (email campaigns, webinars, events, advertising, content, social media, etc.), with at least some experience in the health care industry
  • Demonstrated experience and depth of knowledge in latest B2B demand generation trends with a track record of consistently delivering measurable results and keeping ahead of current demand generation trends
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation
  • Experience and passion for performance optimization, specifically using A/B or multivariate testing for conversion rate improvement
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, and Excel preferred
  • Experience in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and metrics-driven decision making
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills in both formal and informal settings
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required
