PURPOSE:

The Predictive Index—the talent optimization leader—is an award-winning best place to work (Inc., Glassdoor, Boston Business Journal, The Boston Globe).

Our mission is “Better work, better world," and we take great pride in PI’s power to supercharge workplace relationships and culture to achieve the unthinkable. We’re our own best case study! You’ll be working toward a mission that inspires you, and you’ll be surrounded by fun, smart, driven people day in and day out.

There’s a reason more than 8,000 companies—including Nissan, Citizens Bank, Drift, Subway, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Docusign, and Omni Hotels—trust PI to help them hire top talent, design winning teams, and develop leaders at every level. Come discover how we empower our clients to solve their biggest challenges and make their business dreams come true.

POSITION:

At The Predictive Index, we’ve experienced triple-digit growth since new management took over in 2014. The team generated 130,000 leads in 2019 and we are looking to absolutely crush that number in 2020. Much of this growth is thanks to us executing swiftly on our vision to be the world’s leading talent optimization platform. These are very exciting times for the business as we continue to refine our go-to-market strategy and adopt a philosophy of product-led growth. Here’s where you come in...

We’re looking for someone to lead all growth marketing at PI. We expect you to grab the bull by the horns and supercharge the demand generation engine we’ve built. This is a truly unique opportunity to jump aboard our rocket and help us continue to build it while in flight. We need someone who is obsessed with great marketing and is a powerhouse when it comes to thinking strategically and analytically about marketing’s impact on lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.

In this role, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Own lead gen, account acquisition, and some of client expansion projections and goals
  • Serve as the Editor-in-Chief of all growth and demand gen marketing campaign messaging and ad copy
  • Manage a stellar team of talented marketing professionals responsible for advertising, promotions, and content marketing
  • Serve as a key stakeholder and co-strategist in PI’s overarching Go-To-Market strategy
  • Establish and maintain expert practices across all channels, including organic/SEO, paid search, social media, etc.
  • Oversee an iterative testing process and have a direct impact on increased engagement, conversion rates, and lower cost per engagement/lead/acquisition
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to capitalize on targets and personas across PI’s total addressable market
  • Manage the ad budget and oversee the creation and optimization of lead nurture programs
  • Find new ways to increase the use of analytics in growth marketing performance through collaborating with Business Intelligence and Revenue Operations

We think it’s important that you have some, but not all, of the following:

  • 5+ years of experience working in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or customer acquisition marketing roles within the B2B SaaS
  • 4+ years developing and running B2B paid advertising campaigns across paid search, social media, and display advertising—with a very strong understanding of PPC
  • 3+ years demonstrable experience managing, motivating and leading top-forming team members preferred
  • Experience developing and running B2B email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of the implementation and optimization of lead scoring programs
  • Experience in the creation and execution of B2B search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and tactics
  • Experience managing vendor and marketing agency relationships (e.g. paid media, martech, PPC, etc.)
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and forecasting
  • Experience in running co-marketing partnerships and campaigns
  • Experience building an inbound marketing playbook and managing content marketing
  • Experience developing and testing lead nurture campaigns
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in analytics, marketing, and sales platforms like Google Analytics, Domo, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience developing KPIs, metrics, and reports to demonstrate performance and alignment with business goals
  • Working knowledge in other areas, like:
    • inbound link building
    • content distribution

Just as our employees are threads in the cultural fabric of PI, THREADS is our framework for understanding our core values.

  • Teamwork: Focus on the “we,” not the “me.”
  • Honesty: Follow your moral compass.
  • Reliability: Be someone others can count on.
  • Energy: Be balanced, be energized.
  • Action: Errors of action are better than errors of inaction. Be brave.
  • Drive: Own it.
  • Scope: Don't try to boil the ocean.
