How you will make an impact
- Join Insurify’s rapidly growing marketing program and play a central role in shaping the company’s growth
- Run an entire marketing channel or set of marketing channels to deliver against aggressive growth and ROI goals. Channels may include email, TV and streaming, video, display, direct mail, etc.
- Analyze marketing and customer data to identify trends and new opportunities for growth. Monitor marketing KPIs to be able to react to changes quickly and decisively
- Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Analytics, Design, and Product, to drive the roadmap, strategy, and execution
- Learn cutting edge marketing strategies, including bidding techniques, the “behind the scenes” marketing technology, and ad creative optimizations
- Experiment rapidly, employing a test and learn framework and rigorous statistical analysis. Drive new learnings across several aspects of marketing, including customer targeting, ad copy and creative, and on-site experience
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, preferably in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, or similar quantitative concentration
- 3+ years of relevant marketing or quantitative field (e.g. finance, tech, consulting, analytics, business)
- Strong analytics and data-driven background, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and the ability to execute against findings
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience
- Advanced Excel skills required; SQL skills are a plus
