Growth Manager - Conversion

About The Role
As the Growth Manager, you’ll establish and grow the conversion team, driving new business for LogRocket. The conversion team is responsible for creating, running, and optimizing programs for top of funnel lead and opportunity conversion. You will grow and optimize existing programs like webinars, paid search, remarketing, and SEO. You will run conversion rate optimization tests on our blog, which has over three million monthly pageviews. You will also be responsible for testing new channels to hit LogRocket’s ambitious growth goals and to support our go to market teams.
About You
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS company
- A solid design sense and ability to create high converting digital experiences
- Expert in marketing automation platforms (we’re on Marketo + Intercom)
- Experience producing and hosting programs like webinars and meetups
- Proven track record of success in driving conversions that lead to revenue
- Familiarity with CRO solutions like VWO or Optimizely
- Competent in landing page development & optimization: Marketo, Wordpress, Unbounce, Instapage
- Expert in analytics technologies and CRM: Heap, Google Analytics, Salesforce.com

- HTML, CSS & JS experience
- Background in the session replay, application performance monitoring, product analytics, or web analytics spaces
- Background marketing to technical audiences
