Global Product Marketing Manager, Healthcare

We are seeking a product marketing leader to own and drive planning and execution for healthcare product positioning and messaging around the world. As the leader of a small team within the Healthcare Market Strategy group, you will be based in Cambridge, MA. You’ll work closely with product management, sales, thought leaders, and corporate and regional marketing teams to help us tell the InterSystems healthcare solutions story and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- In close collaboration with the corporate marketing, market strategy, sales, and product teams, develop and oversee the execution of corporate-wide positioning and product marketing plans for InterSystems healthcare solutions
- Supervise a small healthcare product marketing team
- Work with regional marketing and sales teams to leverage and localize corporate plans and marketing assets for regional product positioning, messages, content, and programs
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop customer success stories and document ROI
- Guide the development of healthcare product marketing content across all healthcare and life sciences market segments, covering topics such as EHRs, interoperability, analytics, AI/ML, FHIR, software development, and real-world evidence
- Drive messaging and positioning for major customer and industry market events
- Enhance sales success by overseeing the development and management of innovative sales tools
- Assist regional teams with specific sales opportunities as needed
Background and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related discipline; master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years progressively responsible product marketing experience, with competencies in product messaging and positioning, digital marketing, GTM initiatives and campaigns, and sales enablement
- Healthcare experience is required; International experience is required; the intersection of the two in conjunction with health information technology is ideal
- Exceptional project management, presentation and writing skills
- Ability to work well with teams in multiple time zones around the world and to lead through influence
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30%, once travel restrictions are lifted.
