Position Overview – Field Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, you will own the creation of our marketing programs for the strategic sales segment. You will use your partnership with sales, demand marketing expertise and content development skills to create compelling programs that help us meet pipeline and opportunity goals.

Responsibilities 

• You're accountable for Quickbase's top, strategic level accounts in the Fortune 500 – you will identify and create innovative programs to help sales drive responses in those organizations
• You will demonstrate commercial results by setting clear pipeline objectives with sales leadership that support company business goals
• You will use our market strategy, 3rd party research and sales insight to prioritize and segment accounts
• You will build and continuously improve 1:1 and 1:Many marketing programs, using a diverse set of demand and ABM tactics (outbound email, virtual events, paid ads, direct mail) - educating sales on program content and tactics when needed
• You will create compelling account-level messaging and content
• You will work with campaigns and demand center teams to leverage systems, processes, and campaigns tactics and content when possible
• You will successfully manage segment marketing budget and measure programs for success

Desired Skills / Experience

• 4+ years of content marketing, demand or ABM experience
• Proven experience collaborating with or working in sales
• Experience using intent-based data and account insights to create marketing plans
• Marketing and sales technology such as: outbound email systems, ABM platforms, direct mail platforms
• Marketing measurement including tactic performance, optimization and pipeline conversion
