As an event coordinator on the events team, you will execute industry trade shows, field events, incentive trips, and corporate summits. We are looking for a solution-oriented individual able to work cross-functionally while finding innovative and scalable ways to showcase our evolving 3D printing ecosystem. In this role, you will be driving ROI through external events, and supporting sales efforts through experiential events.
In this role you will:
Coordinate and execute 25+ tradeshows globally, including our annual Global Partner Summit, annual sales incentive trip, and other growing needs of the program.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop objectives at shows as well as post-event evaluation with metrics and learnings
Travel to priority events to manage on-site logistics, vendor relations, and staffing
Manage lead scoring/lead upload process into Marketo; generate reports through Salesforce
Support speaking opportunities/sponsorships in conjunction with the corporate marketing team
Work with the marketing team on pre and post-marketing communications for all events.
What we look for:
3+ years of experience coordinating corporate events/trade show program
Strong written and verbal communication and negotiating skills
Data-driven mindset, knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce preferred. Loving data results is key.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment – in this role you will be juggling internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Intellectually curious – Although you don’t need a technical background, we’re looking for people who will get excited about 3D printing. We love this stuff. Not all of us came from this domain, but we came here because we believe it’s the future.
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
Ability to travel internationally and domestically
Bachelor’s degree required, CMP is a plus
