We’re looking for an event marketing manager to run our virtual and in-person events. You’ll be given the opportunity to design a strategic calendar of events with the ultimate goal of driving Notarize brand recognition and revenue. If you are a mix of strategic and hands-on, creative and metrics-driven, confident and flexible, then this is the role for you!

What you'll do as our event marketing manager:

  • Lead strategy and execution of all Notarize virtual and in-person events
  • Serve as project manager for each event; owning budget, vendor and partner relations, content creation, communications, and reporting
  • Drive demand to generate pipeline and qualified meetings for our sales team 
  • Partner with various internal functions including product, design, customer success, and sales
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign data to determine success and iterate for future events
  • Align with executive leadership to ensure events contribute to Notarize’s overall business goals
  • Dive deep into learning about our business and the customers we serve

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of event or field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns with the goal of driving revenue and brand recognition
  • Solid project management toolkit 
  • Internal and external stakeholder management experience 
  • Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Experience with real estate tech a plus!
