What you’ll be doing on the team:

In one month you'll

  • Develop marketing programs focused on mid-market and enterprise B2B marketers
  • Execute on account-based marketing initiatives across email, event and digital channels to achieve Enterprise business goals
  • Align with the BDR manager and Enterprise BDRs to educate and enable the team on new marketing programs
  • Work closely with Product, Brand, Events and Sales teams as a primary point of contact for all Enterprise Marketer-focused content and campaigns

By month 3 you'll

  • Establish, track, and improve response rates, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI with each email, event, direct mail and digital campaign
  • Create content that explains how enterprise marketers and sales teams can leverage chat and conversational marketing in demand generation and pipeline building]
  • Forge key partnerships with enterprise technology partners (ex. Marketo, Demandbase), industry analysts and services partners to collaborate with, influence and learn from them

By month 6 you'll

  • Plan, execute and own all Enterprise-specific marketing channels (paid event sponsorships, digital ABM campaigns, off-line ABM campaigns, email nurtures)
  • Prove 3x MRR ROI on all Enterprise marketing channels

About you and what type of skills you’ll need:

  • 4+ years demand generation, marketing operations or digital marketing experience
  • Experience working with & supporting BDR/SDR and Sales teams
  • Working knowledge of managing and optimizing the demand funnel from Inquiry & MQL thru to SAL/SQL
  • Functional knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms like Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot; technical hands-on knowledge of any of these systems is a plus
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute across multiple enterprise marketing activities and deliverables, with a bias to producing measurable results
  • A self-starter passionate about marketing who is comfortable with ambiguity and making things happen
