Enterprise / ABM Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities & Requirements
We're looking for a high energy, high initiative demand manager to help us grow pipeline within our enterprise segment. As part of our Enterprise Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to craft our enterprise strategy and connect large organizations with the tools they need for grand-scale positive impact.
This role will work closely with our marketing, BDR and sales teams to design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to reach our most strategic accounts. Success in this role is measured by increased brand recognition, engagement, and pipeline within defined accounts. This role will report to the Director of Demand Generation, Enterprise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define, build, and run end-to-end ABM programs that create visibility, engagement, and demand from our most strategic accounts.
- Partner closely with BDRs and Sales to define account targets, develop integrated campaigns, and deliver programs that resonate with prospects throughout buyer's journey.
- Collaborate with our portfolio marketing team to establish a go-to-market strategy: our target audience, campaign messaging, enablement materials, etc.
- Work with our brand team to ensure top of funnel activity (social, sponsored content, events, etc.) engages our enterprise audience.
- Build and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns to nurture, engage, and convert prospects
- Track and analyze campaign performance throughout the funnel and identify opportunities to optimize.
- Leverage ABM tools and other leading martech to drive engagement from target prospects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years Demand Gen experience (B2B tech or B2B ABM campaign experience preferred)
- Experience working with Rollworks, Marketo, HubSpot, and/or Salesforce
- You are a resourceful, self-starter. You're not afraid to take on the unknown or think around obstacles.
- An iterate and improve mentality. You celebrate what worked, understand what didn't, and optimize based on your learnings.
- Top-notch copywriting and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn that into insights and actions.
- Strong time and project management skills. Able to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team. Ensuring transparency and being accountable are a must.
