The Ecosystem Marketing team is responsible for creating co-marketing campaigns with Klaviyo’s key Service Partners (agencies, consultants, freelancers) that drive awareness of Klaviyo and its solutions to customers — resulting in new, loyal, and growing Klaviyo customers.
About the role
We’re looking for an organized, analytical marketer and relationship builder to join the Ecosystem Marketing team at Klaviyo. If you love leading impactful marketing campaigns, thrive on organization and numbers, and get energized by developing mutually beneficial relationships with Partners, this role is for you. You will be responsible for owning co-marketing campaigns and supporting the strengthening of our relationships with Services Partners. You’ll be measured by the strength of co-marketing experiences you create with Partners and the measurable impact towards company strategic objectives, including but not limited to marketing qualified leads.
You’ll report to the Head of Ecosystem Marketing within the Marketing organization, and work cross-functionally with leaders across several teams including Partnerships, Customer Success and Product Engineering. This will be an Individual Contributor role. However, you will be expected to lead cross functional teams and external partners when managing projects and campaigns.
How you’ll have an impact
Ecosystem Marketing can mean different things to different people. At Klaviyo it means you’ll:
- Seek win-win-win scenarios for Klaviyo, Partners and Customers. You’ll be a conduit between Marketing and Partnerships, and enable attractive co-marketing opportunities for Partners as well as for Klaviyo.
- Guide Partners on developing effective co-marketing strategies and concepts based on Klaviyo’s core marketing themes and objectives, while staying true to the Partners own objectives.
- Serve as a liaison for strategic intel from Partners to Klaviyo, helping drive value and solutions for customers, partners and Klaviyo.
What we’re looking for
- You have a keen eye for process and have worked at a fast-scaling organization previously
- You’re empathetic as to the customer and Partner experience. You have your ‘antennae’ up for opportunities that are attractive to customers, Partners and Klaviyo and you have the organizational skills to move ideas forward into value-generating campaigns.
- A master collaborator who knows how to effectively ‘rally troops’ internally and externally
- Ambiguous and open-ended requests don’t scare you. You take a methodical approach to problem-solving and know how to ask the right questions when you don’t have all the answers.
- Familiarity with marketing channels including email marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, brand, product marketing, community events and more
- 5+ years of experience managing co-marketing campaigns at a SaaS organization
Nice to have
- 2+ years experience working in the eCommerce industry
- Previous experience working in or with technology B2B sales and/or account management teams
- A deep love for process and organizational tools (Monday.com, Trello)
- Analytical chops. You know your way around Excel and Google Sheets and naturally gravitate towards solving problems and presenting opportunities using data
