As the Merchandising and Promotions Specialist, you’ll support the Manager of Merchandising and Promotions in executing our DTC assortment and promotions strategy to support customer needs across all categories. You’ll help drive our assortment and promotional strategy from ideation to execution to ensure we have the right consumer offering that delivers against revenue, inventory and margin goals for all brand sub-categories. This role will be a critical component of the broader digital and DTC team. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising:
• Support the digital merchandising strategy / roadmap.
• Own the execution and optimization of product content, building and maintaining accurate PDPs (product detail pages) by co-creating and uploading product content to our CMS (content management system).
• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure shoppers are presented with a best-in-class shopping experience for each product on the site.
• Analyze PDP performance, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to improve product conversions.
• Maintain linking strategies for product recommendations for similar product options and upsell accessories to drive up AOV.
• Assist in tracking inventory positions for SKUs, proactively requesting inventory transfers to prevent out of stocks. Communicate changes or inventory arrival stock to the digital team.
• Collaborate with the digital team on the creation of product mixes that support specific user journeys and needs.
• Provide support for general projects and content management.
• Promotions:
• Assist in the maintenance and execution of our overall promotional strategy.
• Communicate promotional calendar details and changes to the rest of the team – serve as the subject matter expert for all promotional details. 
• Creative/Marketing:
• Lead the strategy and execution of promotional assets, partnering with the rest of the digital team to execute assets within their verticals for singular go-to-market promotional campaigns. 

Experience, Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of eCommerce product merchandising and promotional strategy management
• Consumer first mindset
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on task completion.
• Must be organized and adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
• Having an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset – a “make it happen” way of thinking
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive: able to note things that need to be done without being prompted
