About the Role:

Panorama’s Marketing team is essential to making Panorama the leading and fastest-growing education technology company in the U.S. We are looking for a Director of Field and Events Marketing who will play a critical role in bringing our products to K-12 school districts to improve outcomes for millions of students. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and account management teams, you will bring the impact Panorama is making in school districts to life through regional client meetups, executive meetings, conference presentations, and more. You will develop strategy and build a team to spread awareness of Panorama as a trusted, well-known, and well-loved organization in education and drive significant company growth.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years’ marketing experience in B2B and SaaS (or comparable experience)
• Someone who has been a part of driving business growth through field and events strategy and is ready to lead this work at Panorama
• Readiness to partner with senior district leaders to craft learning experiences such as presentations, workshops, and conferences
• Strong skills in event planning, conference execution, managing strategic sponsorships and partnerships, community marketing, and hosting networking and learning events
• Building strength and capacity in others on the team to operate in the field to drive awareness and growth
• Ability to work with sales and account management teams to hit important revenue targets
• Excited to work at a fast-growing startup - “all hands on deck”, moving quickly, always learning
• Ability to build and lead a small team of field and events marketers 
• Eager to develop a deep knowledge of K-12 education and passion for improving educational opportunities for students
• Taking a data-informed approach to your work 
• Ready to travel (up to 25%)

• Experience in K-12 education marketing
