With secure two-way messaging, Wellframe facilitates long-term, trusted relationships between patients and care teams.

The Senior Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for all initiatives to drive leads through digital, social, and traditional marketing funnels, resulting in sales and customer retention. The position will have exposure working with SDRs, field sales, and content marketing to drive demand, build pipeline, and support customer retention and upsell. Your “day in the life” will consist of creating and optimizing campaigns; embracing new technologies to drive improvement; project managing multiple campaigns at once; managing cross-functional initiatives; and planning, organizing and executing events. In addition, this individual is responsible for setting up and executing regularly against a reporting structure that shows the impact of demand generation programs on funnel/pipeline development.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive awareness of and demand for Wellframe’s solution offerings through multi-channel integrated programs such as content syndication, advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and webinars
  • Complete end-to-end coordination and management of demand generation programs including planning, promotion, execution, optimization, and reporting 
  • Manage event marketing strategy to determine which industry events and trade shows support lead generation strategy; plan and manage execution of those events
  • Manage a dedicated marketing operations specialist to ensure that the proper systems, processes and partnerships are in place to ensure demand generation success
  • Cross-functional collaboration with content marketing and sales to ensure development of compelling, relevant content to drive engagement for all areas of the marketing funnel, from awareness to decision to upsell
  • Manage database of contacts and lead scoring by account 
  • Manage Marketo and Salesforce lead data, making strategic use of data to uncover and execute against lead generation and pipeline development opportunities 
  • Track marketing metrics and create reporting on weekly MQL activity, funnel progression, funnel velocity, campaign effectiveness, lead sources and other dashboards as needed
  • Perform A/B testing and maintain database of results
  • Partner with sales to ensure campaign alignment and execution
  • Manage BDR resources as a source of lead gen
  • Understand buyer personas and target marketing activities along the buying cycle, applying those techniques to demand generation

Qualifications and experience:

  • Strong B2B demand generation experience with marketing programs (email campaigns, webinars, events, advertising, content, social media, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience and depth of knowledge in latest B2B demand generation trends with a track record of consistently delivering measurable results and keeping ahead of current demand generation trends
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation
  • Experience and passion for performance optimization, specifically using A/B or multivariate testing for conversion rate improvement
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo (or other marketing automation platform), and Excel 
  • Experience in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and metrics-driven decision making
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills in both formal and informal settings
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required
