Digital Marketing Strategist for Web and Demand Generation

The CA Digital Marketing Organization is seeking Digital Marketing Strategist for Web and Demand Generation. This position will be focused on the full digital ecosystem. This role will also have responsibility for managing the fast-pace environment and generate digital web/campaign concepts into execution in a complex multi-channel marketing environment.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of employees, provide digital ecosystem education, understand their requirements, deliver actions and coordinate efforts across departments. This position will require a deep understanding of digital subscription model and other digital routes to market, processes and requirements in order to develop and deliver accurate digital marketing campaigns.
Our Digital Marketing Strategist for Web and Demand Generation will:
- Create/own the Digital Gold Standard/Blueprint in context of the campaign strategy.
- Project brief development (based on the Digital Gold Standard matrix) and management of weekly status sheet, timeline and budget.
- Oversee creation and optimization of digital assets. Own all digital drive-to-assets and development of landing page experiences; Own governance and retirement of assets.
- Maximize organic responders through strong digital journey development and execution of SEM, live chat and ongoing optimization of digital journeys.
- Manage digital performance of campaigns and journeys. Optimize digital performance in collaboration with Markets.
- Develop and drive the A/B testing plan to drive continuous optimization and learnings.
- Map the digital asset relationship to ensure conformance with CA's digital ecosystem.
- Work with the Media and search team to develop the media plan in context of the campaign strategy.
- Select Digital Agency and act as main point of contact for the campaign.
- Work with campaign manager to ensure digital elements of campaigns are properly instrumented for response tracking, response flow and response quality (RLM).
- Work with campaign managers to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Work with management to develop campaign quarterly guidance materials.
- Manage campaign progress via back-end tools.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree;
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in digital marketing;
- Demonstrated experience developing/delivering digital marketing programs;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to travel 10% annually.
