The Paid Media and Email Marketing Specialist will be an integral piece of the Trellis Marketing Team by developing and implementing Google, Facebook, and email marketing strategies for Trellis' eCommerce clients. This individual should be able to quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to attaining profitable revenue goals and drive the success of client marketing.

Core Responsibilities

Below are some of the core responsibilities of our Paid Media and Email Marketing Specialists:

  • Management of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing strategies for a variety of clients with the primary focus on B2C eCommerce sales.
  • Create, deploy and maintain Google and Facebook Ads campaigns to attain target key performance indicator goals that will include but are not limited to: revenue, ROAS, account spend, impression share, quality score, and other key account metrics.
  • End-to-end management of client email marketing strategy.
  • Identify and segment audiences to target and grow client email engagement.
  • Design and implement cadenced marketing email campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Monitor ad platform tracking events and product catalogs, able to quickly identify issues and provide recommendations to the technical lead on how to resolve them.
  • Create regular, insightful performance reports, provide oversight, and manage client conversations.
  • Communicate regularly to the internal team, management, and clients on project development, timelines, and results.

 

Relevant Experience 

Below are some of the relevant experiences that would make someone a good fit for this role:

  • 2-3 years experience implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns (B2C eCommerce/agency experience preferred)
  • Proven success in managing Google Ads Accounts
  • Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Proven success managing eCommerce email marketing strategy (Klaviyo experience is a plus)
  • Experience with website analysis using tools like Google Analytics
  • Experience with customer segmentation, and paid ad attribution
