Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join an experienced global digital marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing effective integrated digital campaigns that drive qualified leads into our sales pipeline to support business growth.

 

This role will play a role in campaign development, audience segmentation, determining the appropriate channel mix, conducting A/B tests and reporting on the impact of demand generation. This candidate will work cross-functionally to expand our digital footprint, improve search engine rankings, increase web traffic and improve conversion rates.

 

They will have a heavy focus on inbound marketing and will partner with the Sr. Search Marketing Specialist to manage the day to day ownership of optimization of paid search campaigns. This role will help identify synergies between SEO/PPC and develop strategies to maximize traffic, revenue and spend. Key responsibilities will include bid management and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute lead generation marketing programs through a variety of channels including, paid search, SEO, paid social, display and content syndication
  • Budget stewardship to ensure paid search campaigns are managed efficiently and target CPLs are achieved
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact (ROI) of lead generation activities
  • Prepare reports for regional marketing on digital contribution
  • Own Salesforce dashboards to report on program results and develop insights on performance, learnings and/or anomalies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications, preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and Demand Marketing in a technology company (B2B strongly preferred)
  • Experience with Google AdWords is required. Familiarity with other tools and systems such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, Marketo, EpiServer, Sitecore and NetSuite is preferred.
  • Expertise across a spectrum of inbound marketing techniques
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Creative thinker with experience in testing and experimentation
  • Analytical with a focus on specific goal setting, measurement and results orientation
  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders to drive results

Our company is in a suburban upscale, historic neighborhood, 30 minutes outside Boston with plenty of free parking and access to all major highways.
