OpsGenie is looking for an experienced Hubspot user to lead inbound digital marketing efforts. This role is central in supporting the company’s growth strategy, and will operate on the cutting edge of modern marketing workflows. You will be supported by a growing team of content and digital marketing professionals who actively collaborate on ways to continually optimize campaign creation and customer engagement.

What you will do:

  • Build and manage the creation of high quality Hubspot landing pages, emails, and nurturing workflows.

  • Create and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.

  • Maintain analytics dashboard on campaign/page performance to drive continual optimization.

  • Actively interface with content and product teams to ensure an ongoing promotional schedule.

  • Continually drive website optimizations in support of SEO and SEM programs.

  • Collaboratively engage with the web team to ensure brand consistency and website optimization.

  • Develop repeatable and effective campaign workflows.

  • Work with product marketing, become an expert on our target audience and the messages that appeal to them.

  • Maintain an “always be testing” mindset across all elements of the digital marketing experience.

The skills you bring:

  • Passion for working in a fast paced and rapidly growing technology environment.

  • BS degree (marketing, communications, computer science preferred).

  • 5+ years B-to-B marketing experience - including digital demand gen programs in the tech industry.

  • 2+ years experience with HubSpot for web development and marketing automation.

  • Strong understanding of modern digital marketing tools and workflows.

  • A keen eye for modern design and web aesthetics.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organization skills.

  • Established understanding of modern web development trends.

  • Read/write proficiency with HTML/CSS.
