Digital Marketing Manager, Demand Generation
Payfactors is revolutionizing compensation, and we’re looking for a Demand Generation marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will develop marketing initiatives that will directly impact the bottom line and contribute in delivering the company’s business objectives and moving leads down funnel. The ideal candidate will excel at orchestrating multi-channel campaigns to drive demand in a competitive market. You will be responsible for growing lead and demand generation through an integrated marketing approach and by leveraging multiple outbound marketing channels including email, website, paid advertising, landing pages, social media channels, and SEO.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, execute and maintain a demand generation plan and strategy, that is built for scale
Develop and drive email campaigns while tracking and reporting the success of each campaign
Develop cross-channel promotional plans for our target audience across all digital channels
Create a robust digital marketing pipeline focusing on the development of qualified leads
Identify optimization opportunities, implement testing, and adjust programs to maximize value
Help drive the creation of effective assets and offers by providing valuable data-centric insights
Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and provide weekly reports on performance
Design and manage the lead follow-up process for all campaigns and track program performance
SEO, paid advertising, and reporting
Work with sales and other stakeholders to create new demand opportunities
Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends, technology, market shifts
Combine analytical thinking with storytelling to identify and engage the right leads
Use creative tactics to increase qualified leads for the top of the funnel
Develop a deep understanding of our internal and external customers, products, target audience, and the customer’s journey
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
5-8 years of digital marketing and demand generation experience, with specific focus on planning and managing B2B demand generation programs using email marketing and marketing automation
Results oriented strategist with the passion and ability to dramatically grow business results
Strong understanding of the entire email marketing journey at a strategic and technical level
Experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms/CRMS (preferred experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift and Outreach). Marketo certification a plus.
Highly organized, innovative marketer with impeccable attention to detail, deadline driven and curious
Excellent interpersonal, presenting, and writing skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels and departments within the company
Analytical individual who is comfortable tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics, revenue attribution, revenue influence, ROI and other key metrics
Previous hands-on experience with key demand creation approaches in a digital marketing centric organization
Proven ability to work cross functionally, on multiple projects and deadlines, programs and priorities, simultaneously, in a fast paced, dynamic, highly energetic environment
Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Communications preferred)
