A bit about this role:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to join our rapidly growing marketing team. As an early member of a high velocity and high performing team, you will have disproportionate influence and ownership in the establishment of culture, capabilities, and process of the team as it grows.

Responsibilities:

• Full channel ownership! Manage ad creation, implementation, analysis, strategy, and daily optimization of acquisition/growth campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, and others as identified
• Analytics: Be an advocate for A/B testing and using statistically significant results to drive decision-making. Work creatively to hit aggressive growth goals and improve efficiency. Analyze and share reports on a weekly cadence with necessary stakeholders.
• Work with the broader marketing team including user researchers, designers, videographers, copywriters, and analysts. Be a strong partner and communicate strategies, goals, and best practices in launching and measuring campaigns.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 - 4 years paid digital marketing experience (AdWords, Facebook)
• Strong workflow management skills including: organization, prioritization, and ability to manage to tight deadlines
• Bonus: SQL, Periscope, Excel
