Demand Generation Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EverTrue is growing and looking for an experienced, dynamic, growth Marketing Manager and Demand Generation superstar to join our team. This role will report to the CEO. This is an opportunity for a highly productive and motivated self-starter to use their experience to build a successful inbound marketing department.

You will use your experience to successfully design, implement and measure inbound marketing programs, coupled with paid marketing activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, execute, measure and optimize best-practice demand generation processes. Conceptualize, implement and optimize the marketing/sales funnel using industry best practices for marketing with a heavy emphasis on measurement and optimization.

Own and manage the lead generation process and systems.

Manage the execution of all demand generation marketing campaigns.

Align closely with the sales organization to ensure the team is aware of all prospect-marketing campaigns and provide tools to sales teams to follow-up on marketing leads.

Understand the intersection of creativity and analytics to foster the use of data to drive exceptional customer experiences.

Lead the team in annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of budget, and reporting on marketing initiatives’ performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth.

Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results

Collaborate and coordinate, as needed, with other teams (sales, customer success, finance, product, etc.) to deliver on the team goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will be a proven B2B marketer, with evolving knowledge in modern practices and platforms, and energized by the opportunity to build something lasting. The candidate will also have experience working within a sales driven organization.

Analytical orientation – exceptional analytical skills including marketing measurement and optimization.

Data-driven – Should thrive in using specific customer data and prior learnings in order to create the most compelling, targeted and specific prospect campaigns.

Results Oriented – Must be self-motivated towards achieving departmental and companywide marketing, sales and retention goals.

Sense of Urgency – Must be able to accomplish tasks quickly and accurately with minimal direction and supervision.

Attention to Detail – Must be able to perform to exceptional standards of quality and workmanship.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce).

Strong Communication Skills – Must have superior written and verbal communications skills.

Strong Interpersonal Skills – Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with all levels within the company.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.

5-7 years experience in a direct marketing environment, ideally B2B.

BONUS POINTS:

Experience or knowledge about fundraising and/or nonprofits.
