Demand Generation Manager
Location - Boston / Remote

Our growing Enterprise business is bringing the power of WHOOP to the B2B space and we’re seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to help drive this growth.
Our Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for defining, creating, executing, and measuring integrated, multi-channel B2B demand generation and ABM campaigns that result in brand awareness, engagement, qualified leads, meetings, pipeline, and revenue growth within our core verticals. This position reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, create, execute, and measure integrated, targeted demand generation, nurture, and ABM programs that grow awareness, qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, product marketing, PR, events, sales, product management, BI, and outside agencies to help define, execute, and measure campaigns.
- Tightly manage project timelines, ensuring that all campaigns are executed on time, including scheduling, design, production, and distribution.
- Assist in building and optimizing the marketing tech stack to execute campaigns, track interactions, and measure performance and attribution. This may include working with marketing automation, ABM, data-management, CRM, and other tools.
- Maintain relationships with key industry associations, ensuring full adoption of marketing programs provided to us as part of our agreements.
- Work with the BI team on specifications for measuring campaign activity and outcomes, track metrics and benchmarks, communicate performance, and optimize to improve results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or Communications degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience leading demand generation or growth marketing for high growth B2B software or SaaS companies with consistent track record of achieving targets.
- Experience in a range of demand tactics, including paid media, paid social, web, nurture, search, email, events, webinars, syndication, sponsorships, predictive, conversational, and co-marketing with partners.
- Fluent in technology (CRM, marketing automation, ABM, data management, etc.), data flows, and integrations needed to run data-driven campaigns.
- Experience working with Pardot.
- Solid project management skills with ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strong copywriting skills, particularly focused on ad copy, emails, and landing pages.
