Overview /

We are looking for an energetic, well-rounded marketer to join our growing marketing team to manage campaigns that support our next wave of growth and an exciting set of product launches. As the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Demand Generation to build and scale marketing programs across channels that create excitement and engagement with existing and prospective customers in the financial services industry.


The ideal candidate has experience and passion for igniting B2B marketing campaigns with copywriting that inspires, captures and nurtures leads. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer looking to join a highly collaborative and agile marketing team, in an industry undergoing rapid digital transformation, and in a role where you will make meaningful impact on top-line growth and have executive visibility. A learning mindset with the desire to stay on top of revenue-centric marketing best practices and emerging trends will help the individual be successful in this role.


Essential Responsibilities /

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that support pipeline and align with business goals
  • Craft and test concise, compelling copy for a variety of marketing channels that resonates with banks and credit unions, including email, landing pages, paid media, direct mail, events and more
  • Leverage marketing automation best practices to design and streamline emails, nurtures, and landing pages using HubSpot
  • Develop deep understanding of products and customers by collaborating with product marketing, customer marketing, content marketing, and broader go-to-market teams
  • Regularly communication demand generation activities and performance to the marketing team and go-to-market executives



Education Requirements /

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field


Work Experience Requirements /

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role within or related to B2B demand generation in SaaS
  • Portfolio of email, advertising, and direct mail campaign creation
  • Experience designing and building emails, nurture automations, and landing pages in HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Strong copywriting and copyediting skills, with a passion for crafting perfect copy
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Solid understanding of marketing best practices across multiple channels
  • Previous experience in FinTech or traditional banking a bonus
