InterSystems seeks a Customer Reference Program Manager to develop and manage our global Customer Reference Program. You’ll have visibility to the entire InterSystems product portfolio from your base in Cambridge MA, where you will work closely with sales and marketing teams across the world, connecting current and future customers with one another to share vision, insight, and success stories.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage all technical aspects of customer reference program
• Build framework for tracking, reporting on, and maximizing effectiveness of program
• Coordinate new strategic reference customer recruitment and onboarding
• Track and report reference activity internally, including relevant impact metrics and management of customer credits
• Support sales and marketing teams with reference activity requests and engagement activity, prep and logistics
• Identify customer success stories for promotional asset development and contribute to creation and monitoring of associated customer marketing plans
• Manage site recruitment, agenda and content for international study tours to US customers
• Articulate program value to internal and customer stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7 - 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, sales support, or account management
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, Salesforce
• Effective program management skills
• Understanding of healthcare and data management business issues, and of technologies and markets
• Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and writing skills
• Ability to work well with remote teams and in fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of an international cross-functional team
• Flexibility to travel approximately 10%

Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
