Customer Marketing Manager
What you’ll do:
Design and implement a comprehensive customer advocacy and reference program
Partner with colleagues to support always-on, systematized and bespoke customer-centric campaigns
Build a robust library of case studies and related material showcasing our customers’ innovative initiatives
Expand the presence and impact of our self-service online knowledge portal
Craft insightful and unique customer programming for live and online experiences
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to support an aligned and value-driven go-to-market strategy
Closely track, evaluate and communicate performance of all activities
Maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and engagement
