Customer Marketing Manager

As Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll help move our customers from placing an initial transaction to adopting our platform to serve their ongoing needs. You’ll also be responsible for growing, engaging, and amplifying our passionate customer base to help ezCater grow even faster.
What you’ll do:
- Own the customer marketing touchpoints after the first order and improve our customer metrics—increasing retention, share of wallet, and lifetime value.
- Create strategic cross-channel marketing programs (email, retargeting, direct mail, etc.) that increase order frequency.
- Analyze, segment, and engage our customer base with personalized messaging that resonates with their needs.
- Test, iterate, and grow our referral program to drive the acquisition of more new customers.
- Launch new programs and promotions that increase adoption and retention.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to bring your programs to life.
You Have:
- Have 5–7 years of digital marketing experience. You’re a digital native that understands the entire marketing stack. Significant eCommerce email marketing experience is a plus.
- Appreciate analysis as much as creativity. You can connect the dots and communicate effectively. You’ll use both sides of your brain every day and wear many hats. You should be comfortable context switching.
- Be customer obsessed. You’ll learn everything there is to know about the needs of our customer personas and figure out how to best communicate our value to them.
- Know how to “just figure things out” and invent whatever idea or approach could accomplish our objectives.
- Be kind, adaptable, and intellectually curious.
