We are looking to bring on a CRM and Marketing Platforms Manager to our team. This position here at ASICS Digital will play a key role in driving consumer engagement capabilities for ASICS.

Working alongside marketing, technology and retail leaders, you will be responsible for the roadmap, feature set, and market success for our CRM and marketing automation platforms including integration into other core products across the organization. This individual will support the introduction and evolution of technologies and systems and providing direction based on new and changing business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a CRM business intelligence leader across the organization, utilizing analytics to drive customer-centric action plans
  • Partner with retail & eCommerce teams on building and executing strategies to grow the database & deploy and optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion & churn prevention
  • Translates business needs into technical solutions and advise global stakeholders on recommended changes; ability to visualize and articulate end-to-end "big picture" and identify upstream/downstream dependencies
  • Monitor data and reporting quality within programs; identify program gaps and make recommendations for new solutions
  • Manage pipeline of feature intake requests and define and support reporting requirements for ESP and marketing campaigns
  • Work with Marketing teams to ensure new product features and benefits are clearly understood and utilized
  • Execute onboarding training of employees including creating user friendly documentation on the use of the CRM solution
  • Create and manage a global budget and pipeline for global platform support, enhancements and end user training

Experience:

  • Experience in various CRM and marketing automation programs and setting up operational processes
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and demand generation
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated organizational strength
  • Creative problem solver; shows perseverance when presented with barriers
  • Self-starter with proven ability to communicate and build cross-functional relationships
  • Experience with cloud based SaaS solutions and working with APIs
  • Education Level-Bachelors Degree 5-7 years experience
