About the role

As the CRM Supply Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in building, executing and optimizing the acquisition strategy for TripAdvisor Experiences and Bokun.

At the core, your responsibilities include driving the development, enhancement, and execution of the CRM marketing programs.

Focused on driving acquisition goals at the program and campaign levels by: Developing strategy for communications and experiences that educate, inspire and incentivize suppliers to sign up. You would be responsible for designing, launching, and monitoring all sales and marketing processes related to acquisition.

This would include working with our global supply team, ensuring sales processes are clearly defined and measurable, enabling sales activity with targeted messaging and collateral, and partnering with Product team to ensure suppliers have a compelling and effective sign up experience. 

You will serve as the subject matter expert on B2B user experiences, communications, and engagement, ensuring all campaigns are executed with a high degree of accuracy and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a combination of using email for acquisition experience, and project management skills.

You’ll be surrounded by a leading team of digital experts who will support your development within a fast-paced business environment. Working alongside seasoned CRM professionals, you will report to the Senior CRM Manager and have frequent exposure to the senior leadership in the organisation.

You’ll get experience of working across the entire company by building partnerships with key stakeholders (Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product and Engineering functions).

Responsibilities

  • Develop & manage automated triggered, lifecycle and ad hoc B2B email campaigns to acquire new suppliers and products
  • Serve as CRM expert in supplier platform / user experiences and communication optimizations that will help provide a better conversion
  • Test new channels, creative, messaging, and audiences to scale our current efforts while improving CPA
  • Define, test, measure, and optimize all sales processes for acquisition
  • Maintain alignment with regional sales management teams
  • Build data segments in line with wider business goals to deliver targeted messaging which hit acquisition targets
  • Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements
  • Initiate and conduct in-depth user data analyses that will directly impact strategy and the program roadmap
  • Articulate and present data analyses and learnings effectively to the team and to key stakeholders
  • Own comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly reporting of all CRM KPIs & build the right dashboards to track and socialize performance

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant ecommerce / email marketing experience - acquisition experience prefered
  • Experienced using Salesforce and Pardot to build and develop campaigns and reporting
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail, requiring minimal supervision
  • Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills; should be extremely comfortable with Excel (functions, pivots, etc.). Tableau experience a strong bonus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking
  • Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes.
  • Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Engineering to Design
  • Eye for user flow & visual design
  • Must exhibit superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively
  • Passion for CRM and user engagement
  • Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Undergraduate degree required
