How you will make an impact

• Lead creative direction, brand messaging and edit digital content such as videos (e.g. Instagram Stories, Snapchat, TV commercials), interactive content, photography
• Collaborate with marketing, content and product on creative and content strategy
• Be a key creative production point of contact to creative and marketing, driving production work and/or agency work and maintaining relationships for the best creative output
• Stay on top of design, advertising, brand development trends and consistently bring new innovative ideas to the table
• Recruit, cast actors, lead production on photo and video shoots

What you need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in brand advertising / creative / digital / video production
• Strong portfolio highlighting examples of past work experience and bringing innovative ideas to life
• Demonstrated high attention to detail, editorial skills, and standards
• A team player with ability to work to tight deadlines, deliver results and use initiative
• Strong network of creative professionals preferred
