To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist.
You will help power marketing’s contribution to both sourced and influenced pipeline by creating engaging content that drives traffic and demand for Mirakl. You will play a key role in Mirak’s world-class marketplace team and your work will be pivotal in building Mirakl’s brand recognition across the Americas region. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing.
The Content Marketing Specialist Will:
- Develop and execute remarkable content experiences that support demand generation, and public relations in our target Americas markets for our target personas.
- Develop long and short form content including: blog posts, eBooks, case studies, abstracts, and video scripts.
- Prepare and optimize content for the industry leading Mirakl blog
- Follow eCommerce and national news and identify opportunities for Mirakl thought leadership. Work with the corporate communications team to develop campaigns with the leadership team.
- Own Mirakl’s awards program, identifying, monitoring and applying for awards to demonstrate Mirakl’s dominance in the industry.
- Support Mirakl leadership and spokespeople with copyediting and deck editing to ensure we always put our best foot forward.
- Work cross-functionally with the growth marketing team to ensure content is promoted across all channels.
- Manage content assets via our content management systems to ensure global collaboration across marketing and between departments.
- Track the performance of content created by reviewing content analytics. Work with corporate marketing team on downstream systematic impact of these analytics.
- Work with outside vendors through the creation of infographics, videos, and other assets.
Requirements
- 1-2 year’s experience writing for online publications or creating content in a corporate environment. Experience with technical or software companies is highly preferred.
- Strong written, oral, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with WordPress preferred.
- Experience with HubSpot strongly preferred.
- 1+ years experience with Canva/Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign and HTML/CSS skills).
- A passion for learning, change, and thinking outside the box to propose and implement new methodologies, process efficiencies, and innovative solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tactical items simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
