As our Content Marketing Specialist II, you’ll be an integral part of the Marketing team and report directly to the Manager, Content Marketing. You’ll create and deliver content to our audience to help boost brand awareness, drive demand, and grow engagement.
What You'll Do
- Support a content strategy that drives targeted traffic to the website
- Ensure brand consistency and create, edit, and optimize a variety of content mediums, including but not limited to blogs, website copy, social media, emails, case studies, videos, whitepapers, and eBooks
- Collaborate with the go-to-market team, thought leaders, and greater organization to produce high-quality content
- Revise and optimize dated content under the direction of our SEO partner
- Maintain content and editorial calendars
- Deliver content to our audience via social media and email to boost brand awareness and engagement
- Analyze and regularly report on blog, web, and social media analytics to inform strategic decision making
- Manage the Stavvy podcast program
Who You Are
- 3+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS company or technology startup
- A strategic thinker and detail-orientated doer who can work with minimal direction
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Strong content writing samples or portfolio
- Willingness to do the work and dive head first into the marketing mix
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivot, and wear many hats
- Familiar with Hubspot, Canva, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience in (or understanding of) the residential mortgage and lending industries is a plus but not a requirement
