OVERVIEW:

As a Content Marketing Manager, you'll lead the creation of content to engage audiences across our customer segments. You are an expert in the planning, development, and promotion of content. You love to dig deeper into the why's versus the how's. You recognize that content is meaningless if it doesn't reach the intended audience and entices them to act. And you develop every piece of content with goals of driving new business and customer advocacy.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Assess business goals and marketing plans to develop content plans
• Manage and author content with creative resources and subject matter experts to support the audience journeys for targeted customer segments
• Ensure brand consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice
• Engage and collaborate with regional marketing, communications, digital, and social teams to promote and share content across the appropriate channels
• Manage the production flow, calendar, and deadlines associated with content programs
• Evangelize content, both internally and externally
• Assess content performance and make recommendations to improve content development

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree with five to ten years of related experience (e.g. demand generation, publishing, editorial, journalism, copywriting, digital marketing)
• An editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to connect with them
• Superb writing skills, with the ability to recommend, create, and repurpose content that's relevant, differentiated, and actionable
• Excellent research and interviewing skills
• Commanding communication, collaboration, and consensus-building skills – ability to work with cross-functional teams including upstream content contributors and downstream content activators
• Project leadership skills and the ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
