Want to make an impact right away at one of Boston’s most exciting startups? Catalant is looking for a Content Marketing Manager for its growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll create highly compelling content for business leaders driving huge transformational initiatives at their organizations. We’re looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful, and passionate about understanding how big companies operate. You’ll manage our day-to-day editorial and social calendar, partnering with designers, marketers, and thought leaders inside the company to develop, promote, and measure the impact of our content. This role reports to the Director of Content Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
- Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives
- Implement basic SEO principles, content categorization and structure
- Manage editorial calendar and organization workflows
- Own and manage primary content distribution channels, including our blog and social media accounts
- Measure and optimize content on an ongoing basis
Qualifications:
- A clear, straightforward writing voice
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
- Editorial mindset (you must think like a publisher!)
- Ability to measure, analyze, and present on content performance
- Experience with Wordpress, Google analytics, Slideshare, and social media preferred
